These are self-initiated projects. The studio is building them to demonstrate how it works: how a problem is framed, what gets designed, and what the engineering has to support.
They are not client commissions. Each one is labelled Self-initiated for that reason. The interfaces here are studies of the proposed products, not a record of a shipped engagement.
Offline-first site reporting for people who work away from a desk.
The problemA site visit still has to be captured when there is no signal: a photo, a voice note, a checklist. That record usually ends up split between a camera roll and a write-up done later at a desk.
What it demonstratesOffline-first architecture, camera and audio capture, synchronisation with conflict handling, and forms that can be used with one hand.
Mobile · Offline syncOne shared queue for everything a small team is asked to do.
The problemWork arrives through chat, email and hallway requests. Ownership, status and history detach from the original ask, so the next action is hard to see and easy to drop.
What it demonstratesPermissions and roles, live updates, an explicit state machine, and an audit trail on every item.
Web app · Internal toolsRecordings in, decisions out — with a human check before anything is final.
The problemA recording preserves what was said. It does not settle what was decided, who owns it, or by when. A transcript still leaves that work to the reader.
What it demonstratesStructured output from a language model, a human review gate before anything is final, and failure states when the model is uncertain or the service is down.
